Returns

Because all of our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Color variations that may appear differently on different screens
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Because products are custom-made, once production has started we cannot guarantee cancellation or modifications.
